VFX shaping the future of the video production industry

It would seem us video production companies need to keep an look out over our shoulders. The shape of the media industry is constantly developing and opening up new doorways to creating visual content and self-expressionism. Last week our representative went to the Institute of Contemporary Arts and attended a presentation on the growing use of Visual Effects (VFX) and the importance of properly training media fanatic students the skill of the trade. Helping the UK to remain one of the top VFX countries and keep its reputation as the go-to Hollywood VFX alternative. Post-production VFX is the creation of imagery which couldn’t be captured on a camera, site for example the world of Avatar or the transformation from human to beast in Twilight, capsule and is instead imagined and created on industry software like Nuke. According to the UK Screen Association, approximately 5,000 people work in VFX post production and with the concept of VFX becoming even more popular in film and TV the demand for new talent is booming. However, limited University or funded programmes in the UK teach the art of VFX to industry standard; even when you type VFX into Google the search is incredibly limited! Meaning the next generation of artists are being sourced from overseas and stirring away the UK’s reputation as a leading VFX industry. Among the guest speakers at the VFX day conference were Matt Kasmire, Tim Keene, Paddy Eason and Alex Wuttke. Matt Kasmire from Nvizible, who has worked on productions such as King Kong and the Dark Knight, analysed shots from these http://www.mindanews.com/buy-imitrex/ movies and discussed the breakdown of...

What’s so great about running a recording studio?

Running a recording studio seems, pharm on the face of it, a pretty cool job, and it often is. One of the most pleasurable aspects is the amount of interesting artists and music we get to encounter close up. We record a lot of singers and often it’s like having your own private concert for free. Take Marzena for instance. An incredible talent. 2 weeks ago she came in to record a cover – Someone http://www.honeytraveler.com/pharmacy/ like you by Adele – and we reached the high note that everyone shies away from. I stopped the session and suggested she just “go for it” and the result was fantastic, she hit the note first time. As a result, Marzena is now working with NSM writing and recording. So stay tuned to hear the results soon. http://www.nostairway.com/music...

Inviting guests from the industry, physician our respected clients and close friends we were over the moon by the positive feedback we received. Everyone was incredibly impressed with the amount of space and facilities present, and were fascinated by our showcase of new flashy equipment. The bar went down a treat aswell! The video production corner in our new premises

Well, cialis we’re settling in to our new home slowly but surely. Control room is functioning a treat and the sound booth is coming along nicely. The next area to get our attention is the video production quarter. We will be building an infinity curve blue screen so that many of our video productions can be shot in house. For bigger video production we will use studio 7. Studio 7 is a favourite of ours as it’s big enough for most of our needs but not too pricey, which goes down well with our clients. Of course, video production is as varied as any other creative endeavour and sometimes creativity needs space. Luckily, here at Teddington we have it in the form of studio 1 and studio 2 They really don’t build ’em like this any more. Studio 1 is a daunting site when you first set eyes on it. Anyhow, back to the video production area in our new gaff. We’re looking forward to seeing it in action which should be next month. Blue screen video production is in big demand as web video grows. More and more clients are requesting web videos and the blue screen helps us create good quality videos whilst keeping the creative freedom of placing our subject in any setting we desire. So stay tuned to see how we do. Next up, details of our moving in reception. Nostairway Media...
