NoStairway Media are pleased to announce that we have just finished doing a voiceover with the fantastic Jayne Constantinis for the Sky channel Horse and Country. Jayne is one of our finest voiceover artists, able to read 10,000 words in two hours with minimal mistakes and able to spot a error in the text whilst reading the preceding paragraph. It’s always a pleasure to work with someone so professional and dedicated to her field.
We at NoStairway pride ourselves on the quality of sound we produce believing that no production is complete without quality audio. Starting off as a recording studio and music creation house we have over ten years’ experience in this field. People often forget when watching a TV show the amount of work that goes into the tiniest of detail. For example, we make sure that the position our voice over artists is exactly central and a hand width away from the pop shield at all times, avoiding any vocal clicks being picked up which would distract the audience away from the audio and visual on screen. The voice over is meant to be there to notify the audience and guide them through the story. The voice must be light yet informative and remain consistent throughout the programme in level, tone, pitch and overall delivery.
The actual show itself is called ‘Carl and Charlotte: Dressage Superstars’ a follow-up to the highly successful ‘At Home with Carl Hester’ series, which will be broadcasted tonight at 9pm on Horse and Country channel 280. This will be an exciting two-part series about the top British dressage talents, Carl Hester and his protégé Charlotte Dujardin, following their unique relationship, their build up to the London 2012 Olympics and Charlotte competing in the 2012 British Dressage Winter Championships.
