Tuesday saw the first On the Lot Tenant Showcase event of 2012, and what a success it was!
Hosted for the first time at Teddington Studios over 35 flim and TV companies across the three Pinewood Studios (Teddington, Shepperton and Pinewood) booked a table to promote their business to fellow tenants, clients and the outside world in the hope of generating new contacts.
The turn out was fantastic with hundreds of participants coming along to the event and enjoying the great atmosphere of live music, great conversations and free wine and cheese. As an audio video production company this was a great opportunity for us to show off our skills and demonstrate some of our latest web videos. With the increase in demand for web video production we were keen to impress with our table, displaying a looped show real of our work, promotional material (aka mugs, t-shirts, business cards etc), an incredible, low-cost dolly designed/created by John Emmett of BPR which we regularly use in our shoots and the HD JVC Camera and AT Gun Mic.
Two team members filmed the event, interviewed attendees and shot some great vox-pops.
In attendance were video production companies, post audio production companies, web video producers, audio specialists, grip kit producers, ADR studios, 3D producers and many more. Guests of Nostairway included actors, singers, presenters, advertising agencies.
