Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015–2019)
There are few things in life that are as fun and delightful as watching a great comedy TV show. When it comes to pure silliness, it’s hard to beat Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. The premise of the show is simple – after being held captive in an underground bunker for 15 years, Kimmy emerges into the world and has to start life over from scratch.
The ridiculousness of the situation is played for laughs, and the result is one of the best television shows around.
The cast is uniformly excellent, with Ellie Kemper leading the way as the hilariously naïve and optimistic Kimmy. If you’re looking for a show that will make you laugh out loud, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is definitely one of the best options out there.
